- Boiled boneless chicken : 1/2 cup
- Egg: 1
- Schezwan Sauce: 2 tsp
- Boiled Rice: 1 cup
- Soy Sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
- Oil: 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
- Spring Onion: 2
- Capsicum: 2 tbsp
- Carrrot: 2 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
Beat 1 egg with salt and black pepper powder. Heat a kadhai and add oil. once oil is hot, add beaten egg and scramble it while cooking. remove the egg in another plate.
Add oil again in the same kadhai and add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Cook in high flame.
Now add boiled shredded chicken, mix well. Also add black pepper powder.
Add spring onion and the stem. Keep the leaves for garnish. Also add capsicum and carrot.
Add schezwan sauce, chilli sauce and soy sauce and mix well.Add scrambled egg.
Now add rice and salt and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion leaves.
