- Date(khajur): 1 cup
- Cashewnut: 1/4 cup
- Almonds: 1/4 cup
- Pista: 1/4 cup
- Walnut: 1/4 cup
- Elaichi powder: 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder: 1/4 tsp
- Ghee: 1 tsp
Chop the dates and grind the date roughly.
Heat a pan and add the dryfruits. Dry roast the dryfruits and cool down. put the dryfruits in blender and give 2 to 3 pulses.Dryfruits should be roughly chopped.
Heat an another pan and add ghee.Add the dates and mix well till ghee and dates are mixed. Add the dryfruits and mix well. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Add elaichi powder and nutmeg powder and mix well. Grease hand with ghee and take small portion of the mixture on your palm and make small balls.
