Karela Fry/Bitter Gourd Fry

Ingredients

  • Karela/Bitter Gourd :1 sliced.
  • Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Red Chilli powder: 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tsp
  • Rice Flour: 1 Tsp
  • Oil: 1 tsp

Method

Take sliced karela and add salt and turmeic. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins so that the bitterness is released and then drain the water.K1

Add red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and rice flour and mix well.IMG_20170523_115526

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil. once oil is hot, place the karela pices on pan and allow it to cook on low to medium flame.IMG_20170523_115739

Once the karelas are crispy and cooked, switch off the flame and serve hot.
