- Karela/Bitter Gourd :1 sliced.
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Red Chilli powder: 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tsp
- Rice Flour: 1 Tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
Take sliced karela and add salt and turmeic. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins so that the bitterness is released and then drain the water.
Add red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and rice flour and mix well.
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil. once oil is hot, place the karela pices on pan and allow it to cook on low to medium flame.
Once the karelas are crispy and cooked, switch off the flame and serve hot.
