Dryfruit sheera 2Ingredients

Sooji/Rava: 1 cup

Ghee: 1/2 cup

Sugar: 1/4 cup or as needed

Boiled Milk: 2 cups

Cardamon Powder: 1/2 tsp

Dryfruits: Pista, Almond, Cashewnut

Method

  • Heat ghee in a kadhai and add rava. Roast the rava till the color changes and aroma is released.
  • Add cardamon powder and mix well.
  • Add hot milk to rava and stir cotinuosly till rava absorbs all the milk.Meanwhile add sugar and dryfuits.
  • Cover the kadhai and cook the sheera on low heat for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot.
