- French beans: 2 cups chopped
- Onion: 1
- Green Chillies: 3 finely chopped
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Mustard seed: 1 tsp
- Curry leaves: 4-5 nos
- Garlic: 3 chopped or chrushed
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: As per taste
- Fresh Coconut: 4 tbsp
heat oil in kadhai, add mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves
add green chillies and onion and fry till onions are translucent.
add turmeric and salt and mix well.
add chopped french beans and close the lid and cook for 10-15 mins on low to medium heat
Add fresh shredded coconut and cook for 2 more mins and then switch off the stove.
Serve this sabji with chapati or hot boiled rice and dal/sambar
